I got a start on this today. Thanks again @FJ40Savvy for taking the time to send measurements.

You could base the hinge location off the catch on the rear sill. Could get that measurement in the next few days.

Thank you for offering, I believe the measurements I used above are accurate. Fortunately, there is a good bit of play in the bolting together of parts.

One item to note, the replacement rear sill places the catch too high to work with the tailgate hinge on the right side, that is why it is still just clamped in place. I need to remove the nuts that are there and place new ones about 1/4" lower. I didn't feel like sweating in the garage any more today. I'm not sure why they put those nuts there for the catch and not the bottom carrier hinge nuts.

The circled red is just a missing bolt is now being used on a tailgate hinge where the bolt was broken. Early removing a broken bolt when you thread in and out the otherside. Crap on the end of the bolt doesn't have to go thread.

Still crazy hot out so I took it easy in the AC today. I worked on these SS strike plates for the wing window latches.

Stocked up on gas and changed the oil in the generator for the first possible tropical event of the season.

Sweated to the oldies in the garage a little this week. Finished mounting the tire carrier and latch, still need to tack the nuts in place. Also was able to find the OEM tailgate chain bolts, thanks @Okie_dave!

Looking for the dimensions for placement of the rear emblems. I believe the bottom of the 4wd emblem is roughly 3 inches up from the bottom of the tub, the top of the Toyota emblem is roughly 9 inches up from the bottom of the tub, but have not been able to find distance from the tailgate opening for either of these.

Just a little progress this week. I got all of the anchor plates de-rusted and primed. The ones that get spot welded are coated with weld through zinc. The others are coated with cold galvanizing and primer. I drilled some holes in these to allow through welding to the tub. I was also able to get the TG chain bolts de-rusted and zinc plated.

I also got a start on the rear emblems. I used the gaskets to lay out the holes. I see where the Toyota emblem is about 1/4" from the tailgate opening but the curve of the emblem is a little off from the tub curve. It looks like it needs to be an inch or so further left to match the curve. I see pictures of them being like that. I think stock had it close to the opening tho.
