Well progress continues, took care of the front suspension with reconditioned springs and some shackle reverse .Knuckles and brake assembly this weekend. FYI. Who ever the$&&@@& was that thinks studs for Toyota knuckles should cost $160 for both sides should be shot. Thanks to some good dudes in Stockton they set me up.

Nice work, dude! cant wait to see how it sits with that shackle reversal when then weight gets back on it...I like reversed shackles. there, I said it out right.

Those aren't bad. In all the years, I've been welding, they never got real pretty. Never had one fail either.

My Dad always said, If they are looking at it, that close, then they're going to steal it.

Good job, keep 'em coming!

Gonzo,

Did you cut and turn the knuckles or just welding on your spring pads. Doing a great job with everything. Tell your son, I could use a good helper with mine, he probably knows more than me anyway :)

Anybody know if you have to replace stock wheel studs to run after market rim such as Micky Thompson Classics ?

Knuckles blasted, painted and new ARB studs. Did a little work to the hubs as well , blasted, painted new races and disk . The assembly starts Tommarrow
