+1 for header wrap. Also looks like you are missing the heat shield on the manifold

I'd suggest stainless ties or bailing wire instead of plastic zips too.

These are ram's horn style manifolds, I don't recall any OEM heat shields other than the ones for the spark plugs? Mine are aftermarket manifolds and they came "bare", but if there are heat shields I need to check into that. I'll see what I can find in some of the hot-rod suppliers. As I recall the spark plug heat shields that match the rams horn manifolds dont' work with the modern vortec cylinder heads..if my memory serves where the mount points are....on the old school heads...those dont' exist on the new heads. engine is a 1999 5.7 vortec. The ram's horn style manifolds as I recall (that style) are from early 60's corvette. Appreciate the input.... I agree with the header wrap material... I'm afraid right now the wire loom is in danger of melt down.

Does any one else’s a/c condensate a considerable amount inside the cab? After getting home from a full day of driving with the a/c blasting I noticed that my passenger side carpet is wet and that the bottom of the a/c box is soaking wet and dripping. The drain tube is clean so it’s not backing up the tube and overflowing.

One thing that may help is cleaning the box.... you can do this by spraying the cleaner up the tube.... it foams and cleans the evaporator core and helps.

Did this on my dodge and father in laws and I swear the stuff coming out was sludge....

Toyota has cleaner and other companies also.
It’s sprayed inside the drain tube and then drips out....

Nolen I’ve been watching that 60 on Facebook. I love that thing! Buy it so I can ride in it...
