I do have diff extensions into the engine compartment , I’m pretty anal about checking fluids after a run with water crossings. Over a lot of years with a lot of water crossings I’ve only had water in my transmission once and rear end a couple times, one of the rear end ones was from a pinion seal leak. and that was a minimal amount. So I guess the front end is pretty tight. I honestly try to avoid deep crossings , and keep about 30-36” or so my top end. but around here the creeks are everywhere it seems.@slacker24-7, do you have Diff breather extensions? How does your diffs/ birds hold out from the many water crossings? Do you have more frequent oil changes?
Just wondered what tire you are running on your split rims?

Couple more from this week. End of the trip. Canoe redundancy. I got stuck in the sand driving uphill from this spot and had to pull the winch cable.
