Yes I did, thanks.
I'm gonna copy something very close to that, it's quite brilliant! The long peak pole on top, it's aluminum?
Or same wood as outer poles? I've wondered why there aren't more designs with complete coverage, especially in
the hot desert country.

It's all 1/16" wall steel except for the wood poles. Here's a drawing I just quickly did that kind of explains how it goes together. The top bar is a 2 piece square 3/8" x3/8" tube that slides into a square 1/2" x1/2" tube welded onto the U bar. The U bar can drop into three different positions and stores on top of the rack when not in use. The wood poles, top bar and 4 expanding aluminum poles I just strap together and tie on the rack when I'm heading out to the desert. Everything is held in place by bolts and it takes about 30 minutes to set up. It is very sturdy when put together and was fun to make. This rack was my first welding project and I basically got a taste for welding making this thing. If I go out and stay in one place for 3 or 4 days it's a really cool set up. I can fit a twin air mattress in the rack and sleep on top of I choose to. Most times out I'm moving so I throw a Slumberjack tent on the back and sleep inside. It's also got a ladder on the driver side that slide underneath when not in use.
