That was my 87. I bought the wheels used along with the tires several years ago, they replaced the stock with 33x9.5 mudders with the wider 10 inch alloys and 33x12.5 mud's. I'm not sure what brand wheels they were, but they were great on slick rock.
are those old school centerline wheels. been awhile since i've seen a set. good looking 60 you got there.
Thanks. I regretfully sold that cruiser a few years ago when I had moved to Atlanta. Two decisions that I wish I could take back.
This was my '86 FJ60 and my first Landcruiser. Took a wrong turn in Moab and totaled this one, RIP. I found an '87 for $2k in Breckenridge, CO and moved the suspension and wheel setup from the '86 to the '87. The wider 12.5's ruled on the slick rock.

I parked next to a 300 series. Thats about the most excitement I've had in a while.
just washed her for the first time this year. 1987 fj60. i have owned for the past 21 years with one owner before me. i have 2 other '87 chassis so i took the best metal from all 3 and repainted stock color about 2 years ago. all original except 2.5" lift and used 5 speed tranny. tranny and transfer case seep a bit and are on the to do list. i have a spare of each and am in the process of rebuilding tc. 175k miles and used as a work truck but try to keep away from salt.
