I install them on my 99 cruiser and I had no issues.. There is something missing. Do you have any pictures of the wheel on the hub?

I was going to but there wasn’t much to see. It was a very small back and forth movement like it was a millimeter too small, you could feel it but couldn’t really see it. I felt like they could just tighten it on, but they said it didn’t fit. Since they do this everyday I decided to accept it, should I take it somewhere else? I figured I’d ask here first to see if anyone had the same issue.

I say take it to discount tire or do it yourself to see what they are talking about.

Does anyone know when these are usually restocked? Buying an LX this weekend and it looks like new tires are in my immediate future. Unfortunately its got the stock 18" wheels on it so I'm in a weird spot where I need both wheels and tires, or I'm stuck with the stock wheels for another 40,000 miles which isn't appealing. I reached out via SCS's website but haven't heard back yet.

Matte black but I'd be open to other colors (though the missus might not). Doesn't show any stock of 5x150 for me. Anyone have a silver LC / LX with the bronze or gunmetal colorways?

Edit: a word

SCS tends to announce any pending re-stock via their Instagram account... If you don't hear back via email you could try contacting them via IG, but I wouldn't expect them to have a re-stock date for you.

I have a set of these (and I like them), but I would recommend looking at some 17" wheels - this will give you a lot more options for tire sizes.

just checked, you’re right...out of stock. Get on their mailing list. I also believe they notify their IG followers when certain wheel inventories are expected to re-supply.

that said...I’m looking for a single matte black F5, if anyone is holding...

Thanks for the info. on IG - I'll give them a follow there.

I like the look of the 16" wheels and I'm not having a problem finding tires I want to wrap them with so I'm not worried about it.

Done and one. Hopefully they'll post something soon. Thanks for the info.

Has anyone experimented with lower psi w these? Im running 18 on the trail and would like to run around 12, may need to wait until I have a compressor

Hey all,

Quick question ... I was FINALLY able to order a set of SCS F5's in Gun Metal (they are in stock NOW btw in case anyone is looking!).

I'm trying to figure out the lug situation. Do the necessary lugs come with the tires, or do I need to order them from SCS separately?

If I do need to order them separately, can someone confirm which of the SCS Spline Lug options is best? From what I've been able to pick up from reading this thread, it looks like it may be the ET Lugs M14x1.5 .... but I want to be sure before I order them.

If anyone can shed some light on these two questions, that'd be HUGELY appreciated!

Cheers,
- Jeff

Got it, thanks! Is it these that I need: ET Lugs M14x1.5 ?

It looks like there are a handful of different lug options and I'm not sure which to go with ....

Yes that is the correct lug size and length. I actually went with the 23 pieces. The extra 3 lugs will be used to mount my spare on my tire carrier.

Same here. I'm glad I went with 23.
