Thank you yeah getting close to having to get another cruiser on the road so I still have a backup. She’s driven the swb a little and Hollys 55. Can’t be my pig as it will have to be a manual for her first car. So thinking I have the summer to get the lv roadworthy or ship the 40 out here.Happy Birthday to kiddo!
You should do another 50 state road trip for her birthday. Plenty of driving opportunity for her, and would be great to see you guys again!

Yeah I asked her if she wanted to drive the 40 down from Alaska to eastern Oregon this summer and all I got was a glare. She said if it wasn’t the 5 of us in it then maybe. When we drove it up it was three wide in the front seat and the little two were stuffed in the back tucked in with all our gear. It looked cozy to me but
Ship the 40 out here. Or how about the two 55's you have in AK?

Got both the pigs dropped off at port and passed inspections to leave the island ford will be taken on Monday and all go on the ship Monday to be picked up in a month on the other side. 45 already made it, the 80 series went to landcruiser heaven and became parts for a few different people the 62 series well it got abandoned with it’s new abuser as a see how long tell it breaks mentality. Almost time to leave the island and be back in a dryer climate and easier to adventure out.

Not sure we will do all 50 again as one run but will at somepoint be making another cross country trip. First trip will be getting the 40 and 45lv from Alaska to Oregon. Just not sure I have the balls to tow the lv behind the 40 that far on that wonderfully smooth road.You doing 50 again. Always welcome here
The goal is to spend more time on the road exploring even if it’s close on the west coast just more time enjoying the outdoors and seeing what the next chapter has in store

It's cool to see how various portions of the US have different historical features. We just spent week up around Jackson Hole and drove the whole way. Tons of early American history along the route especially in and around Wyoming. Visited an off the charts cool museum of Military vehicles in Dubois, WY. Totally unexpected how impressive it was.

That would be the August trip but just depends how long it ends up being with doctor appointment results. We’ll be there first week of August. The goal would be be up there then before leaving fly my 15yr old up and the two of us would do the drive back down.
