i will be removing the air rail and any other emissions junk that i can easily be done with, tho i know there isnt much else on the 3FE.

EGR??

yea i plan on it as well. i saw somewhere where someone used a freeze plug on the back of the intake to get rid of it.

That was Pappy in his PDF. That's the way I figure to go with removing mine.

How are you going to route the PCV? Are you using the 2F or 3FE plumbing? I noticed the valve was still on the side cover.

I just used a felpro replacement, ive never had problems with them as long as installed correctly on any other vehicle.

doin my best to keep on with it but it has stalled a little again as i am going through a 100% career change that is costing me ALOT of time and the last of my money.

no worries tho! it will be finished.

thanks for posting that for others!

Another 2FE is born

So did this ever get completed?

NOPE :p

Cause he got patches and forgot all about poor fiona?

partially.

life has been pretty busy to tho. I am having to put money in other places right now patches has only been getting what extra I have around in spare parts. new few months I plan on completing the engine and focusing on Fiona a lot more and addressing some issues she has. In fact I bought some ford shock towers for her so I can re do my shock setup so I havent totally forgot, just not a high priority. It will happen tho, I promise.

I heard dat. I have two cruisers sitting in my parents that are getting attention here and there. Nowhere near as much as they should. Just waiting for things to smooth out a bit.

Looking forward to the end result of this build.

<< crickets >>

I know, boy do I know. I look at this engine in my garage every single day literally, it's right in the middle of one side of the garage in front of my motorcycle.

It is tough tho, didnt get paid this week which is nothing new, and a great reason why I should start a business of my own since my boss just wont make the proper changes. I considered bailing on this today and decided I wanted an I6 in the truck still and it is so incredibly close to being finished I need to do it so I can start driving and wheeling the truck again. Really I just wanna drive it a couple of times a month and I would be super happy, I love my Fiona!

I promise I did not bail on this build and I cant believe it is taking so long And in order to free up more room in the garage for motorcycles and a Chevy 14 Bolt
(for the truggy) I will be getting I need this engine completed and out of the way.

Don't fret, Brother - All good things...

I read there's a up bounce in the economy. Let's hope so.
