The ghost of Kiichiro Toyoda came to me in a dream and told me the LC 250 will have 12 cup holders.
12 cup holders?! Wow, they've really ruined the LC platform. A REAL LC has 1 maybe 2 undersized or misplaced cupholders that can't hold anything. Pfft, this is a joke. What's next, removing the cigarette bins? I doubt Toyota will survive after this.

Agreed this stinking prado is not a real land cruiser. Way too many cup holders ;)

I feel like maybe out of respect for the guys preparing all the reveal and stuff

If we find anything accidentally a few hours before the leak or something, maybe best not to post it here.

We waited so long, only a few hours left.

I know that sometimes things go out of control and it spread everywhere but let's help not spread things further.

Or until the admins give us the green light.
So much for that lol

I am confused, didn't the official photo from Toyota have that weird H4F-H4L-L4L setup while this has a button for the central locker? And doesn't Toyota use an X for the diff and not a lock?

So sounds like the base price (not the hybrid) will be "under" $60k and probably the 1958 trim level? And by under $60k I am guessing $59,500 or something.

the frontend looks like a honda element to me. i'm surprised that it does not have kdss.

definitely did a better job styling the gx550.

If this article is true I think it looks like Toyota designed the new Land Cruiser to make sure they would sell as many GX550's as possible.

4 cyl and no E-KDSS, the 4Runner is definitely going to have to be something radically different than it is now because this LC250 is turning into exactly what I thought the 4Runner would be.

I might wait on the hybrid GX550 to come out. It will be a shame if they don't have the 3.4TT as an option in the LC. I guess if they were trying to keep price down the 2.4 is the way to go but I'd rather have the 8k towing capacity.

The circle headlight version reminds me of a 2002 xterra.

Otherwise, i get new bronco / defender vibes from it.

I see no reason to buy the LC250 if this article is accurate. Baring a catastrophic redesign I would either buy a 4Runner or the GX550.
