I understand this link below is for the LC250 release.

What is the link to the LC70 release that is supposedly scheduled for one hour prior to the LC250 release?

The one w/ the round headlights made me puke a little in my mouth...I'm starting to call BS on truecar!
With how fast that link was taken down along with the quality of those renders I am 99% convinced it's the real deal. Of course like @ThRiLlGmYr said, best to wait for the official word from Toyota tonight. If it is real I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Honestly kind of makes me think my next vehicle may not even be a Toyota product. But this is the knit picking stage, let me see how I feel having had some time to digest and accept lol.

You may be right...I'm still interested in the GX550 but this might be my last Toyota product as well. With the massive dilution of the TRD moniker and now the LC lineup, not much else interests me from this brand.

I generally like the styling. Wish it had a roll down rear window. Presumably that sticks around in the 4R. Will be interesting to see what interior volume and space looks like.

Pricing at $60k seems high compared to the segment unless it is triple locked in base form. Especially when compared to a Tundra, Tacoma, or Sequoia pricing for pretty similar products where you can go get a lot more for less. It's not really even the same ballpark as other brands where it'll be priced against the Armada, Power wagon, Bronco Wildtrack, etc.

How the next gen 4Runner fits seems to be on everyone's mind and is on mine as well.

What is this and from ????
All pics provided were sourced from the following “X”:

I originally didn’t post the round headlight images because I didn’t think they were real but the true car article alluded to round headlights. The background scenery seemed to match the blue LC images so I am assuming they are correct.

I think the lc70 won't have a video
Maybe just a press release or something.

It was "rumored'' to also be today
Never confirmed

Not sure if its a pre-production artifact but the driver and passenger seat cushions are different on what appears to be the upscale model.

We are getting into Einstein's definition of insanity territory now. You think the THIRD time is the charm?

The pricing is as expected, maybe a tad low.....I still think $65K is the right number.

Dear friends, get a Gen 5 4Runner if you can. Accept it.

And I will tell you what I said before,

ce n'est pas la mème chose !

😉

I know, after 6 of them. 🤦🏾‍♀️😂🤗

New GX550 driver's seat is supposed to have more adjustments that the passenger...this is what you are seeing.
I remember reading that info but looking at the GX interior pics show the seats appear the same even with different levels of adjustment. I’m assuming that is a pre-production issue, if not then it seems like poor design work. Lots of cars offer different levels of adjustment between driver/passenger but I can’t think of any right now that look that different.
