How many miles does your 21 have on it? How are you managing long term storage/low use?
Awesome.<40, my wife’s new GX surpassed that by day 2It gets warmed up weekly and driven bi-weekly. Fuel is stabilized and it’s stored in a climate controlled shop. I need to come up with a game plan for it.
Noooo! That's a bummer.Sadly, recycled. They are all preproduction/early production 2019 builds we used for the media launch and training of the Heritage Edition. We took all of them out to the desert for an off-road drive where they were used for a couple different film projects as well as a media drive. Along with the LC200’s, the journalists got to drive a 40, 55, 60, 62, 80, 100.

Less than 40 miles? That's awesome. If only you knew someone with a large collection or perhaps a museum that might have some extra space or storage tips.![]()
Sometimes I wish I'd have purchased a second HE and kept it stock, but I don't think I could resist driving it.
Awesome.
Isn’t weekly idling worse than driving it/getting it hot and letting it sit for extended periods? Your crankcase/exhaust doesn’t have a chance to boil off the residual moisture from repeated cold starts.
Yeah, joking. I know you are well familiar. Would have been a good investment to sit on one for a year and sell at prices they were pulling in a year or two ago. It's sad but that is how the system works.
I'm quite versed in how that storage is managed but it often means no battery and a few hours of work to bring one back on line for transport. I'm trying to keep mine at the ready
I couldn't afford one but as it turns out they would have been very spend investments at current![]()

but, one could argue investment in exploration yields a better return.

I totally agree, if it came down to being able to travel or having potential Cruiser investment for the future… I’d drive the wheels off it. I’m fortunate to have a patient life and a business that lends itself to keeping a few Cruisers around![]()
yeah, I think you can justify having a few. It's actually a necessity - R&D for your business.
I’ve been to the famous Fat Man Squeeze at Rock City….

Hit the button on your steering wheel to turn off lane departure and you’ll stop getting the warning.Just thought this was funny. Driving in some snowy slushy conditions yesterday and had this pop up for the first time. just got out and cleaned the front end up and it went away. Kind of annoying how it kept popping back up when I cleared it though

Looks like such a great spot. We had to postpone a trip there over winter break, really looking forward to it this winter.Took the wife and kids down to Big Bend last week. It was our first time down there. What a treat.

Stopped for lunch along the Rio Grande off river road. We watched about 10 wild horses cross the river into Mexico.View attachment 3627084

It was off strangely enough. It actually took off my radar cruise, my lane departure and my active collision. The message for lane departure was the one that kept coming back though. No worries just thought it was funny since I’ve never had that happen before. Pulled over, scraped all the slush off the front grill and it went awayHit the button on your steering wheel to turn off lane departure and you’ll stop getting the warning.
The headlights being LED also cause your headlights to retain ice, recommend if you are in snowy conditions you keep some de-icer on hand.It was off strangely enough.
