That is far to fast for a single valve noise. Can you take a mechanics stethoscope and probe around to see if you can narrow down the point of noise? Was that alternator new? I have herd a dead alternator bearing make that kind of sound before.

It's a new PS pump.
How about the gear? If you mess up the gear taking it off and on, it sounds like that.

Here is a youtube video clip of it. You can't hear at first because i have the camera too close to the fan, but wait and you can hear it. I really think it's a valve out.

drop all the belts and see if the noise goes away.

Could you even remove the PS pump also and see if noise goes away?
Is there any problem running the engine (temporarily) with the PS pump removed.
Oh no, was the clicking the reason you did the whole engine rebuild?
