69210-32010 is the back door part number for the 70 series. That was also used on 83-86 Camrys. It is half the cost of a 69210-90K00 and the only difference is the clip that attaches the rod. The left hand Camry part number was 69220-32010. Unfortunately that one is discontinued.

I was reading some passing info on Camrys and other parts being compatible, but glad to see that’s correct.

1/2 the cost is great no matter how much @OGBeno shames me 😂 It’s oem right?

Ok, so I may be a little bit of a jerk.

I mean sure there were plenty of other spots to park in…

So 70s are like 4WD Camrys?
Got it..:

100%. I thought that was the beauty of Toyota, stream lining parts and production. It’s amazing what fits from my 99 Tacoma. At least a Camry is period correct 🤣

Imagine any vehicle door handle spanning 42 model years of production, and still in use.

@gilmorneau hooked me up with a used door handle.

Here’s a picture of the broke one from mine. So nice to to have a solid handle again. Took about 15 mins this morning to replace.

He also threw in what I believe is a euro side marker for fun.

Thanks a ton for that, I owe you a meat pie lunch from the waltzing kangaroo sometime this summer.

So as it stands, no camry part numbered parts on the cruiser…yet. :flipoff2:

I tried matching his photo, but I have really bad stinkbug, plus mine is nowhere near the cherry-ness of his. It will be fun to get them together and see the size difference. He is running 33x12.50x15, me 285/75r17.

Raise the front or lower the rear…

You take better oil change photos than I do, even if you’re a stink bug 🤣

Nice!
She looks great!
Lunch soon…

Decided I was going to tackle that leaking pushrod cover. It only seemed to leak on the highway of 60mph for at least 20 minutes. Started taking a few things apart and decided to check the rear upper bolt. Cant reach it when exhaust is on.

Yeah so that one bolt was loose, easily finger turntable. So my idea was to snug it up (13ft lbs…I went more ) and then test drive to save me from tearing it all out and putting new FIPG on.

We running into town, running errands and making stops. Took my daughter on another trip to grab some burgers and truffle fries from Big Al’s burgers and dogs.

After grabbing cookies and kolaches from the Colorado Kolache Company we headed home. After the 30 minute or so drive home at 65mph I decided to check it out.

All dry for now at least. I’ll keep an eye out for it and see what happens.

Also happened to stop by 2 Toyota dealerships looking to check out the new Prado…I mean Land Cruiser 😊 and sadly not one available.
