Is Bob Ross doing a mountain mural on the drivers side?

I sourced a new rear door lock to replace the rattling original. New used rear door handle to replace the stripped one.

Now I am the hunt for rattles. The Jump seats seem to be my main culprit. .
With your machining skills, you’d be the perfect guy to develop an Allen head shoulder bolt, flush-mounted on the back side to replace that handle pivot stud. That stud gets loose over time and leads to the incessant rattle. An adjustable solution to that would save lots of these from the scrap bin, and we’d all be indebted to you for it. Your manifold butterfly valve plugs are a work of art.

I have been driving this truck everyday for the last two weeks, almost 700 miles without any real issue. I have a small oil seep from the intermediate plate gasket between engine block and front cover. I am going to ignore it for the time being until I pull the powertrain for a rebuild. Other than that she is running sweet.

I was able to hit 78MPH and slowly climbing before I backed off. Drives straight, stops straight.

Next on the list is to replace the front door glass felt and anything else that is rattling.

I reached out to @thecrazygreek about buying one of his fantastic 40 series Bluetooth stereos. I love this idea and his execution of it.
- For Sale - Bluetooth Stereo 100% Hidden, only takes up the space of a dash knob! (Custom knob included) - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/bluetooth-stereo-100-hidden-only-takes-up-the-space-of-a-dash-knob-custom-knob-included.1264367/ I am interested in what he comes up with for speaker locations.

Washed the road off of her last night, time for a little wax and fluid film.

Working on eliminating my door rattles, the driver door rattled obnoxiously when the window is down.

Last night I pulled the plastic door cards off and peaked inside. The rear lower door felts had been pushed down and out of the door track. They were both laying in the bottom of the door.

Felt laying in bottom of door:

Drivers door, rear lower felt channel, is squeaking obnoxiously against the upper felt channel. The hole in the door the secures the lower channel is thin and broken out. I am assuming this is root cause of my drivers door glass rattle.

I have not decided if it will be best to TIG weld filler rod or weld in a patch panel from a donor door (stalled half door project)
