Exhaust is next, then: rust repair, trans tunnel, shifters, gas pedal room, fuel tank, fuel lines, fill extra holes / cracks in interior panels.

Paint shop is two weeks out, zero rust on the frame and axle housings, Raptor liner on floors and fender wells, reshoot visible parts of inside cab and under hood.

Started around 11pm

Rust repair done. Finished for paint, undercoat. Small seam along the top will get floated out with some panel bond later. Underside has no seam.

That’s leverage under the floor to pre-load it for welding. Few plug welds and move over. L

Kept the floor very flat.

Floor is back in place … 95%. Was crushed down 1/2" in areas, now 3/16" roughly. Still very flimsy in the main area. It will bend again if I crawl into the back. Mr. T did a small brace where they needed a big cross sill.
