Probably best to do a frame-off resto-mod to get those fixed. You wouldn’t want to be caught driving anything that has minor flaws.

Made it to Boise.

Pua’a got the powder coated bumpers, fender vents, grille, headlight surrounds and pushbar from Batpig. Moved the LED headlights too. Fixed the hood latch, adjusted the doors so the close nicely and are mostly inline with the body.

Changed the battery. Took the roof rack off.

It was 107F in Boise today. 109F in Mt. Home. AC in the Ford wasn’t keeping up. Recharged it in Meridian, Frosty now.

Goes on the lift tomorrow to bleed and adjust the brakes. Then to the pig party.

Runs OK. Needs a manifold gasket.
