Yea smart choice on sourcing a hard top. I am back in SA for the next couple months although I have to go out of town a couple times for my other job. I hope all is we'll
 
cant wait to see that top on... do they look as nice in person?
 
Yea' the top appears nice but haven't really unfolded except take a picture. How are you doing? I was on gull lake a couple times this summer diving looking at zebra mussels. Was gonna stop by but got sidetracked and forgot..

The turnbuttons from Toyota and the grommets are in route
 
damn... I wish you would have... I am heading to cut foot in a few weeks. have not been fishing at all this summer :-)

you will be glad your bought the toyota ones!! they are sweet!!

Best of luck over there, the walleye bite was pretty good on bowstring if you get the time to make a quick stop there.

I'll be back in January I believe, we will definitely have to get together when I come back north.

Do you have a soft top? I hope the oem ones are sweet!

yup I have a paki top.. I have the OEM ones and they are sweet.

yea let me know. I am sure I cen get you out on the ice fishing if you want. as long as we have ice :D last year not so much.

Ice fishing sounds excellent! I really want to try out spear fishing, I'll let you know when I'm back!

Received the grommets today, hopefully the turn buttons will come tomorrow so I can cruise to the local meeting with it.

sounds good. I dont have a spear house, maybe I can find one we... Ill see..
 
Shouldn't be too hard to do working at Maddens. They probably have one we could borrow. I'll have to check out your build this evening when I get settled in at home.
 
We are closed in the winter and dont do winter time stuff at maddens

Well I put the bows back on today and put on the soft top kind of. She is looking good! Just need to put in the footman loops and fasteners here is a series of pics

Thanks man! I have the grommets and twist locks done. Just need to mount the footman loops. Do you guys sale them? The footman loops i have are the same width of the straps.

IMO you put that much work into your cruiser...get oem footman loops...one of the three on each side has a slight bend to it...somebody should have a set for sale someplace...check with Trollhole or Kurt as well
 
Thanks Johnny, didn't know they were still available. Is there a part number? If I can get OEM I definitely will. Thank you for letting me know! Now for the infamous hunt for a oem part.
