Well just ordered some UV Protectant. Hopefully this works well. I spoke to the local boat place and they said this stuff was good. $18.00 on amazon.

So I haven't updated this lately....

1. Applied canvak and installed footman loops on the 40.

2. Attempted to apply nikwax first but was not happy so applied canvak.

2.5 ordered the clips I needed for the mechanical linkage and all is well!

3. Got the winches back, here is a picture of the upper housings. Due to time restraints Chris and I decided to go ahead and have the authorized warn dealer put these back together. Of course they wouldn't touch the upper housing because we took it completely apart, so having those parts pressed back in and then they should be back together.

4. The land cruiser is now actually back in waiting to be completely repainted because I wasn't completely happy with the job they originally did. Anyways it might now be 6 months until I see it again going off the time it took them to paint it last time.

I think I will be putting the full doors on, but I need to upgrade the hardware. I have sole beautiful doors that were completely rust free from Arizona. The windows do not go up and down though and I need new weather stripping since I had the old removed. What's weather stripping going for?

Here's a picture of the winches without the new aluminum solenoid covers from Kevin here on mud. I'm going to build a couple crates this weekend. One of these winches will be going up for sale if anyone is interested

Here's a couple pics. Still need to put on the cabl, Kevin's aluminum solenoid cover, and wire up the contactors.
