Oh I know I am looking forward to the continuation.

I hope there is something in this picture book that's helpful.

Little update on the winches. I've got all the parts in. I stopped by the blaster today and he still hasn't gotten to the winches. He has been swamped and is running his operation by himself and the little help he gets from his son. He said he would try to get them done today since I am coming close to leaving for the summer and they still need powder coated and put together before I leave. Anyways, can't rush him too much afterall he has allowed me to hunt/use his land like its my own..

More pictures to be added to my picture book tomorrow.

Kevin,

I completely agree, there are a couple things that need modified on these doors. I would like to add a lockable storage on the backside of where it says metal tech and the straps.

I had my tube door fabricator weld tabs on the tube doors in the same location as on the OEM doors, so I can use my door limiters for both types of doors

Good idea. I was thinking about just tying a piece of small diameter rope for the time being..

Some more picture...

Okay now what do I do with my 73 FJ40? Yours is already in better shape than mine and I was just planning on driving mine. Looks like somebody had yours set up for Deer slayin. You traded that for a Quad? Well Done.

Almost there... She is coming home Tuesday

Now only if I had a top....

Looks Awsome .... I wonder if a tab could be welded on to use the stock door strap ??? It would be easy to drill and install H**p door straps and I even know a guy that could hook you up on pricing ;)

Sorry you still don't have a top

Spare Tire carrier

Looks great, I am inspired again to keep going.
I know you have probably said this in your thread but where did you get your spare tire carrier?

Dean,

That spare tire carrier/bumper was made by a gentleman named Robert who works under the name "Dirtworx.". He can be found on eBay an really is exclusive to jeeps. However there was a mudder on here that actually ordered one of these from him and made a thread called "low budget(or cost?) spare tire carrier". I think it was $400 for everything shipped to my door in raw form.

Yea, I think that is probably gonna have to wait for when I get back from Minnesota. I'm currently just trying my hardest to get it out of the shop and enjoy it for the next few days before it goes into storage. Anyways I think i might drive it to school on Tuesday and if I have time I'll swing by your work

It's a shame to lock it away it's so nice lookin
