I know that's the truck that was here in PA. Crazy how it got around
Cool part about this truck is hauling coal in PA. My great grand father hauled coal in PA till his late 80s and my mother gave me his old accessory spot light from his dump truck for Christmas last year. I may try mount that on here for some cool nostalgia

Started making progress today. Cleaned up a new blower motor with some fresh paint, installed water pump, lower Thermo housing, installed new grommets on firewall, new heater hoses on the inside, new powder coated splash shields, and a few other things.

A few things for anybody that cares.

1) F engine bolts such as water pump and Thermo housing use an m10-1.50x25mm (for Thermo). I could not find and after market JIS in this size to save my life.

2) If you order new motor mounts from cruiser outfitters or city racer both are after market and use an m10x1.25 for the bolt vs the OEM m12. They both use m12 nuts on the bottom.

3) All the heater hoses are 3/4”. Ordered a couple sizes to get this right.

4) Getting off old valve cover gasket sucks..
Next weekend I should have exhaust manifold back from jet hot. Should really get rolling then. I had to break today to throw a new rear caliper on my 100.

I picked up complete set of splash shields but don’t seem to have this one on truck currently. Can someone point me in the right direction on location.

Really made progress today.. installed Third and final splash shield, alternator, freshly powdered valve cover with new stickers, thermo housing sealed, battery tray installed, new battery cables, all new side plate bolts from over land metric, coil in and hooked up, heater hoses in and mounted, radiator bracket, bypass hose clamped in, fuel and vac lines installed, new oil sending unit installed. I’m sure a few more things too.

Had issues with my water pump pulley centering with crank. So going to grab a few to try from @wngrog next weekend. Then jet hot drops tomorrow with exhaust manifold. So next weekend should be one step closer.

Some part numbers. Everywhere you see new shiny bolts they are JIS stainless bolts. I don’t have a ton of good OEM bolts so I’m using these if the old ones are to rusty or broken.

A shot of my splash shield just because...

Cruiser outfitter supplied OEM fan. 16.25”

Used overland metric battery tray kit. Love their bolts. I used the same bolts for the fan as it came with more than I needed in the kit. Then a set of @Fourrunner battery cables with an oem battery tray from cruiser outfitters.

Bypass hose from Cruiser Outfitter, but had to cut an inch or so off.

Plastic fan conversion. Found the right pulley to get my water pump centered with rest of pulleys. You can see silver pulley is a touch taller and was perfect. No spacers, water pump, pulley, 16.25” plastic OEM fan.

I went with the OEM micro overflow tank from @ToyotaMatt and ended up drilling a new hole in radiator support for it. Over all clean and out of the way.

Also, installed the new side mirror via SOR.

Then my fuel lines are in route courtesy of Red Line Cruisers.
