thanks. appreciate the kind comment. I do agree the diesel sounds good. Not sure what exhaust the owner will run but I usually do a 2 1/2 straight pipe and it's just right for me.Good looking rig, man

Great timing CD. I’m not too far from needing the cover which is the final stages of this conversion. Look forward to catching up this weekendJimmy, I have your 55 tunnel cover from @dogfishlake. Remind me to throw it in my truck when we meet this week.
I’ve put them into a 60 and know what you mean. They are a lot of fun. The 55 job was a bit more challenging but seems to be working out well. This will be a great drivetrain for this truckMy buddy put one of these in his 60, neat to see one running in a pig!
It is nice Pat. And a lot cheaper than getting a pull cable made. Also, seems more period correct in the 55 than an electronic system. That valve is pretty cool. I might be after a couple of those. 55 is looking good
Ha...he’s all excited to see me finish this jobMonroy will be happy.![]()
About an inch. The firewall clearance is just over an inch.Great to see it going, what size gap did you end up with between the radiator and fan in the end?
