Diff drops overrated.

Explain please. Cause it fixed my massive vibration. Or atleast made it better. My CV angle was stupid prior to the dif drop.

OH... Torsion Bars. LOL.
I got the entire Ironman heavy lift that included the TB's. The shock droop has about 2" of down travel. LOL. And sits a solid inch higher in the rear.

I think it is unnecessary most of the time.

If you are doing it to stop your 24 year old rubber CV boots from leaking, it's not going to happen. They gonna leak.

If you have vibrations and it fixed them then the diff drop was necessary.

I've run hose clamps on CV boots before and it's a nonissue. I think anything that close to the center of rotation wouldn't be noticeable especially if you are running big ass tires. But for what it's worth install the larger one and smaller one "out of phase" from each other.

Nolan your right about the wide tires, they fit the truck (if you remove the rack and pinion guards), they look just right, but they let you know they are there weight-wise, I wish I had gone thinner with my type driving but now that I have em I just can't take em off, Tolleson has offered to make it easy on me, If I can get this vibe out I'll be where I want to be!

@Bomar spa treatment is almost complete. New timing belt/water pump, repaired t-case shifter that now works and a front diff with new ARB o-rings, seal retainer, seals and a good bath. All that's left is to put it back in and extend the diff breather so it dosnt drink anymore water.

@offr0adlim0 do you always work with your prolink tip on the table?
