Cruiser garage has a similar product for mounting switch or scanguage there
That's probably cheaper than I could provide it for, and a metal bracket at that! Nice product. Wonder how the visibility/viewing angle is.

Would you be interested in an ashtray mount? I've been thinking about removing the ashtray altogether as my 8-gang auxbeam panel is haphazardly bolted to it at the moment and fabricating something a bit more legit.

Yes, but for '03+. Cruiser Garage only covers the flat dashes.

Well, I fell down the rabbit hole this morning to say the least. Started on a T-case shift knob and pretty much ironed out a really nice design with your choice of colored inlays. This thing screws in super tight and holds up to my t-case which is a real bear to shift. I've gone ahead and made them live, check them out here:

Actually I just test fit the bracket that comes with it on the thing I got from Ohana Rig Supply and it fits about perfect. I think I'll do that for now. The ORS Mollie/mounting bracket thing takes up and covers the ash tray pretty good so that area is kinda useless now.

Got any photos of the tan cup holders?
Ask and you shall receive!

Finished these up today, not a perfect match but much more neutral than the black set for sure.

My interior is also pretty gross at the moment so may be a better match when clean.

Will has designed the newest LC/LX owner's shake-down company that just takes away ANY savings for other parts. 🤣 Dammit, man! Those look good in that neutral color. Guess I know what's coming next after the rear vents.

They look good! Any chayou could print them to match grey color
I can print a light grey that’s close to the grey LC interior trim, but I definitely can’t say it’s going to match for sure.

The material looks like one color online when you order, another color on the roll when you receive it, and another when it’s melted on the print bed.

So I’d say I can get it close, but not a perfect match.

A couple of updates, first off check out this awesome OD green a customer ordered. Black inlays on the shift knob (cupholders are still printing here obviously)

Second off, slight design tweak to the cupholders

If your order hasn't shipped yet, then you'll get a set that is screw-together rather than one solid piece. A couple reasons for this:
  1. I can print more in a shorter period of time due to not having to print the huge support required for the original design, which will absolutely help knock down that 2-week lead time
  2. I can standardize on one material I use across the board (the supports required for the original design don't work well with some materials)
  3. A slightly nicer finish on the bottom side (doesn't affect function but is a bit nicer to look at.
  4. The mating of the cups and the "Base" can be done with virtually no seam due to the tight tolerances of the 3D printer. (It's actually incredible how smooth it feels across the seam inside, you can't even tell it's there.
Nothing huge here, and neither of the two is better from a functionality standpoint . I'll still be shipping the holders fully assembled, and will be using 18-8 Stainless hardware. Check them out below (The cat approves):

Bought a grey cup holder set.

Just ordered cup holders in black! I really want that tan if it was a closer match. Better yet, a tan top with matte black bottom would be sweet.

Realized the OEM part is completely discontinued so I modeled this up today. Figured there's more than a few folks like me with a Shifter trim plate where the letters/indicators are bubbling and plastic is degraded. See some renders below.

This piece will be snap-in just like OEM with the colored inlays as shown, textured finish on top. Haven't modeled the shift-lock cap yet but that's next.

I thought about making one end of the slot removable so you can just slide it on rather than taking apart the whole convoluted shifter assembly, not sure how most folks would feel about cutting their old trim plate off though. Plan to throw this up on the site once the prototype finishes printing.

Looks good , what do you think it takes to get the shifter handle off ? Would be nice to have a solid piece with no lines

Chowcares has a great video on how to go about the shifter trim replacement, just involves splicing the OD button wires or getting a pin-pick and popping the pins out of the OEM connector. Not a terrible job, just a bit of an annoyance as I don't think most will have that pick tool.

Oh right , that darn OD button. Cool , Interested to see what you come up with I think I'd be on board for one.

I'd be interested in a two solution too. No issues with cutting out the old one

Fiiine Will 🙄... I'll buy that as well. But I am going to hold out for the vents first.
