I'm in for rear window switch panels. 20 years of dogs standing on them to look out the window has taken it's toll.

Doing injection molded door cards would be mega expensive but could maybe be fabbed with a flat sheet of ABS and a sheet metal cutter, with 3D printed or metal brackets to mount things like switches, handles etc? Probably wouldn't be pretty but could get the job done. Interested to see the 80 series versions. So an interesting idea I just came upon in the 80 section was ABS door panels. Are these feasable on the 100 platform, let alone the complexity of desigining/producing them? A lot of the panels I've seen on a good amount of trucks are worn or beat to hell. ABS seems to be a much more durable material, especially for an overland rig.
Yea the 100 would be significantly tougher, as the window switch area and map pocket are molded into the door card. I'll see if I can find the 80 series ones and attach a phoyoDoing injection molded door cards would be mega expensive but could maybe be fabbed with a flat sheet of ABS and a sheet metal cutter, with 3D printed or metal brackets to mount things like switches, handles etc? I want to order front left and right panels, your website says sold out. How can I order a set, I understand if there is a month lead time or whatever.Revisions made, panel beautified!
The lock button slot needs to be shifted slightly up but other than that this panel is gtg. Textured finish shown is what can be expected on the final product.
I was unsure whether to stick with the oem design of the window switches being open in the front or make them fully seperated into four cavities like most panels. I think I'll stick with OEM for now but if anyone wants them seperated it's no issue.
These will be printed in PETG to prevent bending/deforming from summer temps.
Plan to make the front panels live on the website at 7pm EST tonight (4/8/22).
Pricing is $60 per or $100 for a pair for the next two weeks
Once the rear sets are released pricing will be $70 per for any of the four corners, $120 for either front or rear pair, $200 for a full set. If you order a front pair in the next two weeks I'll honor the discounted pricing for the rear pair once they're released if you want those too ($100)
Keep in mind my backlog is currently just under two weeks so these panels will start shipping out week of the 18th.
Hope that all makes sense, please let me know if you guys have any questions. Looking forward to getting some feedback!

Hey there, sorry for the confusion!I want to order front left and right panels, your website says sold out. How can I order a set, I understand if there is a month lead time or whatever.
These should sell like hotcakes, thanks for bring this to market for us.Hey there, sorry for the confusion!
They are showing sold out beacuse I haven't made them live yet on the site.
I'll be launching them (in-stock) at 7pm EST this evening and they'll be available to order then. Thanks for the support!!
Great question! It doesn’t really cost me any extra to run a different color for you as I have to order the material anyways, plus I think it adds value to my service. Can we do a custom color or add anything to these Will? With I am sure additional costs are included of course. Just thought I would axe you ahead of time before the panic buying starts at 19:00.
Guess, this means I am fighting the Karens at the door at 19:00 when you open for business. I am already having toilet paper/Costco PTSD flashbacks from 2020. Thanks, Will! So if you select custom, then just add what you’re looking for in the notes I’ll reach out with some options for the material I prefer and we’ll pick something out.
You’ll still have your place in line of course once you order and the custom color won’t slow your order down or anything with the current lead times.
I don’t expect that much of a crowd! The 100 series community has been crazy supportive so far though.Guess, this means I am fighting the Karens at the door at 19:00 when you open for business. I am already having toilet paper/Costco PTSD flashbacks from 2020. Thanks, Will! You are the greatest.
Would you be interested in an ashtray mount? I've been thinking about removing the ashtray altogether as my 8-gang auxbeam panel is haphazardly bolted to it at the moment and fabricating something a bit more legit.I’m definitely interested in a few things so far! Third row AC vent, double DIN trim I have the same alpine radio, front center caps for Method 305 wheels, and somewhere to mount an auxbeam switch panel.
Cruiser garage has a similar product for mounting switch or scanguage thereWorking on a few more things this morning. A low-cost pre-threaded transfer case shifter for those of you looking to add a bit of color/snazz to your center console, and making a bit of progress on the Third-Row vents (Hope to have some renders soon)
