Looking for SST 09634-60013

So, I installed a Innovative Motorsports MTX-L air/fuel ratio gauge. Now what? How does one tune a 2h with this unit? Is this done by rotating fuel pump and/or adjusting the max fuel screw (?) at the end of the fuel pump? Right now it reads 22.2 and the needle is maxed out red to the right...

Just that, two brand-new batteries. When I turn the key to the first stop the gauge registers at about 18-20 V and battery light is illuminated and then when I go to start, the gauge shoots up past 24 and stays at 26 V. I have to be honest I didn't notice it before. Help?

I need a speedometer or odometer for my 96 80 series Land Cruiser. Preferably mileage under 200K if possible. Mine has 250K on it. It's not about making the mileage less, it's about wear on the internal gears. I don't ever plan on selling......
