I am having issues with the Mode button. I have to press it multiple times for it to change Modes. Anybody else have a finicky Mode button? If so what is the fix?

My lock button on the rear window is really stiff and stays in when pushed. Does not respond to lubrication and the only way to get it out is pushing the inside lock buttons. Any easy fixes or suggestions on how to repair? Thanks!
