Can't turn off 4-Zone climate setting.

Thanks for the reply. I can turn the AC on and off, I just can't deactivate the 4-zone setting. So, when i drop off four clients, I have to manually change the passenger seat and both rear seats back to the temp for the driver's seat.
Your cool box in the armrest is on. Turn it off.
Then you can shut 4-zone off.

It may be year dependent but on my 2013 I can definitely still turn off 4-zone when the coolbox is on.
On the climate UI, turn the “button” that says 4 zone off. When it is on, each zone adjusts individually, but when it’s off the driver settings are across the cabin. If you turn on rear climate, you need to turn off 4 zone manually again to control the rear with the driver settings.
This literally started happening to me this week as well; anyone have a solution other than tech stream?
Unplug your battery for a while? I don't know that this will work, but it's a thought.
Update/Solution: Make sure your kids didn't get the MODE button on the Rear AC Control panel stuck into place; got it unstuck and we're all good.
