It's finally properly warm here! This is all before the lift.

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

I've only done around 350 miles on them, but so far they seem good. They ride a bit more rough than stock suspension, however, they seem to deal with larger bumps much easier, especially at higher speeds. Overall, the truck feels more stable with less nose dive and body roll. I only did a little...

    Builds Kreiten Build thread!

Decided to change my constant load springs on performance ones in the last minute, I think it was a right decision! Just installed the ma few days ago, they really do ride very nice. Thanks for the feedback!

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Installed Ironman Foam Cell Pro shocks with Performance (B) springs. My old springs were quite a bit tired, so instead of 2" I gained about 3" in the front and 4" in the rear. Also replaced tie rod ends but that's just maintenance:) Before: After:

    Builds Kreiten Build thread!

Hey kreiten! Great rig, I am very impressed by it, and it gave me inspiration to start building mine! I have a question, when you installed the Foam Cell Pro kit, did you go for performance or constant load springs? I've just purchased mine with constant load springs and now I wonder wouldn't...

    LPG Conversion

Thanks! Consumption, obviously, depends on where I'm driving. If it's country roads on gas I avg about 15.5 L/100km, if it's it city driving it's about 18-19 L/100km. I didn't test LPG on 200 a lot, only had it for a few days, I'm saying consumption is 10% higher based on previous experience...

    LPG Conversion

The filling point, next to the filling point for regular gas. It is often installed under the rear bumper, which is a bad way to do it. There's a lot of dirt, it's hard to get to at filling stations, you also have to move it if you modify your bumper. Here it's conveniently hidden under the...

    LPG Conversion

I've made a few posts about LPG conversion in the "What have you done to your 200 series this week?" thread, this is a separate thread about it, with a bit more info. Again, I didn't do the conversion myself, so I don't have THAT much info, but here's what I've got. First of all, what are the...

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Sure I can! What additional details would you recommend adding? I didn't install it myself, so I don't know a lot of technical details about the installation itself, but I could explain the system more.

Those are OSRAM Night Breaker 12V 60W bulbs.

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Continued. Here's the button to change fuel type. It also has indicators of which fuel type I am using right now and approximately how much LPG is left in the tank (doesn't show it that well though, due to nature of LPG). I can change fuel type any time, at any speed, I don't even notice when it...

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Made a few quick phone shots of visible parts of the LPG system. Here's the tank. It doesn't hang as low as it looks on the photo. About the same as the spare. It's extremely durable, so I don't really worry if I would hit a stone with it. It's 95 liters, but can't be fully filled. It fills up...

Still old photos, but going on a new trip soon, so new photos coming! Going to test out new tires and the dual-fuel system.

What have you done to your 200 Series this week?

Made an LPG conversion just a few days ago, so now Cruiser's dual fuel, could run both on LPG and regular gas. There is a toroidal tank on the place of the spare tire, the spare itself is in the trunk for now. There are also two reducers and a dedicated control unit under the bonnet and a button...

    Media 200 series picture thread

So I've got 33" wheels, but no photos of them yet. Maybe I'll try them out next weekend. Planning on adding a roof rack in a month or so. It's so hard to find parts here.
