My first thought was incorrect/damaged balljoints or damage to the spindle.

Replace and keep any still-viable components. Looks like some weepage on the DS tee. They have been tinkered with before but who knows what for. Could have been a flush, or remove to access something else... With parts on-hand, replace for peace of mind.

Nothing is involved with front diff. Only different hubs on the front axle. Spool replaces a differential-type gear in the tcase. Links in my build thread for greasy pics.

Do the overseas models have the evap/smog equipment?

@cruiserpatch Was the over-voltage condition persistent at any RPM? (i.e. at idle and also while driving)? Also, did it remain at a consistent voltage, or did it fluctuate? Trying to diagnose somewhat similar symptoms. Thanks!

So that is OK? Or is hot bad in this instance? For all I know the stock setup may get hot...
