Replaced the steering shaft and all bushings, eliminating a clunk felt through the wheel over expansion joints on road and rough off road. Huge thanks to @Ayune for the detailed write-up that made this straightforward (How To: Replace your Upper Steering Column Shaft - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/how-to-replace-your-upper-steering-column-shaft.1063475/). Replaced the upper bracket assembly containing the ignition rod prophylactically while everything was apart, no evident wear on the old one but at least now I'm familiar with the process.

Replaced the rusted transmission cooler hardlines, they were still structurally sound upon removal but more shiny parts = better.

Been chasing a small DS coolant leak. Replaced the ACSD coolant hoses, I really hope that was the leak. That top fitting out of the block really doesn’t prepare you for the torrent of coolant that pours out the oil cooler. Anyone have experience with cold starts after an ACSD delete?

Hit the driver's side wheel on a rock really hard. So hard it broke the steering rack in half
Holy cow! I have seen a lot of bent steering and suspension but nothing that broke the rack unless it's a head on. Did the rock crossed the road and it didn't see you? J/K I'm glad no one was hurt.
