It's making a noise again. About 1500-2400 rpm I get a constant high pitched "dog whistle" sound that can be turned on and off with the AC.

Medium throttle, AC on and it goes "EEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeee"....hit the ac button and it stops. Turn back on and it starts again. It won't do it at idle ever.

I've replaced the following:

AC compressor (denso)
AC Belt (OEM)
AC idler pulley bearing (Koyo)

The belt is really tight. But I'm still getting dust in the engine bay from a wearing belt, but I'm not sure which one. I'll try painting each belt with a different color paint pen to see if I get a particular color of dust any one place.

Thoughts, comments, criticism?

Hmmm....It does really sound like a vacuum leak and I did have all of the hoses off....
