Start posting up if you've got yours installed and working!
If not, you could use Rit Dye for plasticsAny chance of getting a darker green one like the ones pictured in your drawer on page 5 of your prototype thread?
Fit and finish are excellent. As we've been told this is high quality industrial 3d printing and not at all like other 3D parts I've handled in the past. Nice complete kit with both SS and black oxide bolts, spare nut, and ring and clip options.

Do clean the fob before assembly, I should have.
Nice product, big improvement so far.

Looking good, thanks for the picture! Good point on cleaning - I assume you're talking about the screw holes. Sometimes there's left over powder from the printer that gets trapped in there. Poking it out with a screw should clear it up.
UPDATE! RESPONSE REQUESTED!:
There are two key blade base styles. Let's call them "T-Base" and "I-Base". See pictures below. Pending which style you have, I can ship your fob out either tomorrow/Monday or late next week.
PLEASE PM ME YOUR NAME AND KEY BASE STYLE!
Thanks for your collective patience as I get all these inventory details sorted out! After next week your base style won't matter as I'll ship parts for both styles with every fob. If you end up needing the extra parts for the other style I will ship those free of charge as needed, so no worries if you get your style wrong.

Thanks!@suprarx7nut I got mine - looks and feels great - very happy with it! Great job!
Note that without a clamp it was a bit tough to get the last screw in, I ended up using pliers to get the force needed to hold it close.
Thanks!
Hmm, interesting. Two questions:
1. Lexus or Toyota key?
2. Were you using the SS or the Black Oxide screws?
3. All screws or just the upper or lower?
1. 2000 Toyota LC with T shaped key
2. Using the SS screws
3. I had issue with the longer screw closest to the key
After watching your install video, I screwed in the middle one first (with the key hole), followed by the bottom screw, and then the long ones. The last long one (on the side opposite where you have YotaMD stamped) needed pliers.
One more thing ... the T shaped key had ridges on one side - it's likely a marker as it only goes in a particular orientation. Recommend being mindful of this for future batches.
Obviously some have shipped - any idea on when all orders will ship?
Sweet, already PM'd you about my T-base and my order was placed on 08/10 - can't wait.I expect all orders placed before the 21st of August to ship out this week with all other orders shortly behind that. If you know your key has a "T" shaped metal base under the OEM plastic then I can get you on the "short list" like the folks you see posting here.
