That looks great. I see you're using a smaller idler than stock. I wonder if that would help me. My AC has been squealing lately, not happy with the lack of surface area on the belt. Hmmm

How close does the AC pully get to the side of the battery box? Mine is CLOOOOSE...

Battery tray cutted. AC pulley comes inside tray by 2 centimeters.
