Darn straight I was scrambling! After pointing Mike in the right direction he steered left and came right after me!
Your charm is very attractive

Worth the watch if for nothing else, just seeing Bob scramble out of frame.
Mike, looks like you are using some sort of gimbal set up? Smoove footage dood.
Bob had nothing to worry about. Ha. We propped my phone on a rock. I have a gimble but I never use it. Thanks.

The dash board driving shots? Surely those are stabilized somehow? The camera is certainly mounted.

I’m sorry to hear about this. You probably know already that Classic Cruisers appears to still have OEM bumpers for $235. I’ve never purchased one but I would trust this company.

The situation is that...l contacted her & l said l'd accept her $600 and gave her until 4.55pm on Friday (Payday she claimed) to pay it.. she didn't pay, so now my insurance is going to chase her..(silly girl)..and her insurance is going to get the BILL. l don't see the point in cutting corners on the ute so it'll get new parts..right down to the bolts & washers...So l'm about to begin negotiating with my insurance on a settlement for the damage & re-spray... fun times. ;) l have been in touch with a company in Japan selling OEM parts...a bumper comes in at £360...the shipping....Buckle up & clench your ass cheeks for this....£820....PLUS....import taxes @ 20%...for the bumper alone. Then there's the brackets & bolts on top... l've dropped an email to CC l'll see what they can do.. Thanks for the info.

As a matter of interest, l've found a company in Portugal who (were?) making 40 series body panels (steel & fibreglass)... (in my case l'm after a wing) l'm waiting to hear back from them l'll drop a link if they're still doing it.

I spotted another local running around town.

Finally, the full video of Bob and me on Kelly Flats, in widescreen just for Rob ☺️

I wish I had open spaces like that on the East coast to play on.

I also enjoy the history lesson on the 2nd video. I enjoyed it as we wheeled at SAS and you where our tour guide.

Thanks, Rob! I was so bummed that I lost my footage from the trip as I was looking forward to making more videos from SAS. I am looking forward to next year.

Thought l'd give you an update on the ute saga... CC don't ship to Scotland sadly, the Portugese 4x4 outfit do...and they can supply a genuine Toyota HJ47 Landcruiser fender for £349..plus..£305 shipping (Wooden Crate)..& 20% import tax.. another supplier in Australia has a genuine HJ47 Bumper £365...£79 shipping & 20% import tax...so good news so far..:)...next up a new handbrake cable, and indicator then the trucks off to the mechanic/body shop next week for an assessment & quote of the visible & potential clutch/gearbox damage as its continuously whining. l'll update you on their reports. On the day the trucks in the shop my insurance company are supplying me with another 4x4 for as long as l need it (foc)...l don't know what yet...l've hinted @ like for like...maybe a shiny new (ish?) 79...;) ..altho the reality will probably be some piece of crap...:deadhorse:
