Where did you go with your Mini Truck or 4Runner this week?

Quick trip out to Red Cloud Mine east of Indio. First trip with the truck after a year of dialing it in. But still has an overheating issue, might be a plugged radiator.

Another good idea. I'll need to find my timing gun. I get occasional dieseling as well if I don't let the truck idle for a few seconds before shutting it down.

Those poor trucks. I hate to see them go out like that.

Patty had to work a bit to earn her spot in the garage. I tried out that Harbor Freight bed extender - it worked great. There is one issue (not really) with driving this truck to Home Depot - “chat time”. In the time it took to load a few boards, I had seven guys ask about or comment on the truck. I mean, she did look a little out of place among the 1/2 tons and work vans.

New windshield and trim. The old windshield was original but so scratched and pitted that it was downright dangerous to drive toward the sun.
