I wish we had a Toyota PN list of most of the common sized M8-1.25 captive washer and a few of the M10-1.25 bolts.
I would LOVE to purchase one of each size to have a "Toyota Bolt Sample Database". In fact I bet a lot of guys would like that. That way, when it's time to replace a bolt, we can paw through our master samples to find the correct size.... and order up!
Funny you mention that. I am working on said list.
But there are thousands of useful pieces of hardware that I want to catalog between different component systems as well as between different series vehicles.
It is something in the pipeline.
Onur, have a question hoping you could help out with. I have PN 88467-14040 (Insulator)....I went to install the part and i just does align with the hose/clamp. Tough to see in the picture but this is actually stretching the insulator and it's isn't flush with the front wall....is there another part that I'm missing or something? The hardline isn't moving, that's for sure...and I don't think the rubber part of the insulator is supposed to be put under tension.
Pretty sure I'm just missing something simple/obvious.
Thanks
Kevin
that is a work of artIt looks like you have the right insulator. I have the same one and it's the right part number. Maybe your crazy bent pipe end got bent forward and is forcing the line back towards compressor? That is if your condensor is hooked up.

Onur, when do we get to see your rig completed...or on more on the progress. The number of NOS parts you've assembled is staggering....can't wait to see it.
Miles dude, miles......![]()

X2 Dan. Had back surgery then shoulder surgery back to back last year separated by 7 weeks (my own personal re-build). Think the waiting for clearance to do crap became the worst part.....the drugs were spectacular though.![]()
