Rear bumper and front skid plate get shipped out tomorrow. I am guess next Friday or Saturday i'll be installing at my dad shop. If anyone has anything they want to install, or wants to come hang out/wrench/drink some beers in a cool shop and throw the ball for Roux, you all welcome.

Still working on p/s pump install and finding a rack for steering is gunna be BITCH!!! Cuz most cars have them mounted behind the front wheels and I need a rack that is in front of the front wheels

I will be there. You just have to help me put on my rear bumper in about a month :D

Picked up a 5x8 utility trailer yesterday. Mostly for hauling lawn mower and materials for little projects, but eventually it will become something like this... https://forum.ih8mud.com/trailer-tech/561416-utility-trailer-project.html
Like most things, just need some extra time and money to make it happen

nice looking trailer! you going to put some 33" on it?

eventually... but I'll probably just flip the axle this weekend, a new axle and toyota wheels will come later. It will most likely just be some stock tires so 31s

going to build yours anytime soon?

I'm going to start working on the platform this weekend. I'd like ot have ti ready soon for a few trips this fall/winter. One of the things to do this weekend is to repack all the bearings. I think they need it.

Can't wait to see how you do it, I'm still undecided on some aspects

Is that your airboat? If y'all think four wheeling is fun, ....

sadly no, my field crew left it there overnight
tons of fun, but requires some skills to drive, cause they are easy to sink

Very nice!! I have a utility trailer just like that and I have never thought of doing that with it. Badass!!

well now you know... so get on it :bounce:

I thought about doing a trailer that way, but it looks like Will and I may be getting a good deal on a couple of expedition trailers, so I am going to go ahead bite the bullet.

Well, after much feet dragging I finally committed myself to fixing the wiring issues with my FJC. After speaking with Kevin several times for advice, I have ordered rigid floods for the rear and the side, watertight fittings for a through roof wiring job, 2 blue sea power outlets, a blue sea fuse block, fog lights to fit in to my ARB, and some OTRATTW switches for everything. I hope with the knowledge and help of Kevin and Bart I will be able to get the bugs out once and for all.
