Very nice.
What kind of seats? They look comfy.
Wheels look great too. Did they have any of that yellowish staining rust on them before hand or were they in pretty good shape to begin with?
Yup, supposed to have 16" of non-combust able floor protection from the opening of the door. Can't tell you how many times that comes up on home sale inspections! Looks fantastic!

Lmao. Funny.

Well.... had some free time this week and I pulled the body off the frame, took the axles out from undernether her, bought a hoist and pulled the engine, pulled the gears out of the tranny, and pulled all the glass out of the body.
I've been a busy boy. Pics soon.![]()
This one is goin back together right? If it doesn't, your just that kid that takes a clock apart and can't put it back together lol

No kidding. If you get the itch to take the sawzall to this one call me and I will take it off your hands!!![]()
Well, the 80 saved me a lot of time this morning during the compression check. Cylinder one topped out at ~95 psi. Dropped a few squirts of oil into the cylinder and it jumped up past 120 psi. Looks like rings are shot. No wonder it's been so low on power. Now to find something that's in better condition to drop in... Any ideas on where to look? The quotes for rebuilding or a swap are too excessive for this guy.
I think $1200 might be a bit high, but he says it's rebuilt~5k miles.

Believe me. Checked on that one about a week ago. That's a steal since a rebuilt motor will be upwards of $5k.
I have seen the same combo in "working" condition for only a couple hundred.
You might consider a basic rebuild...I would think a hone and new rings might buy a few ponies and years back, if things are not too rough now.
Taking stuff apart is the fun easy stuff! Getting it back together with the right tolerances and working is the magic part![]()
