Sweet rack man, I'm sooo jealous of your fringe benefits at work.

I really want a real rack after "using" my yak rack this weekend.

Well, missed last week's China Wall trip and this week's BRR trip, but got a lot done around the house. Most of my wife's honey-do list, a gate for easier access to the backyard, and doubled the lighting in the garage (it's light sitting on the sun ).

And tried out a new grill emblem:

Not sure how to get the photo off the iPad, but congrats on number two! Boy or girl?

Congrats Ryan - but you're not finished with that project by a long shot!

Leon- Little future Cruiserhead Ryder Dean.
Eric- how true, how true!
Travis- I'd love to, but momma bear would have my hide if I even suggested the idea. Next summer for sure though!

Both are doing fantastic. He came quickly Friday evening. Born 8:06pm after just under 5 hours of labor. Shanna is amazing!

You should have a after, choosing attach file, a pic showing choose you then hit choose it asks for existing or take photo and you do one or the other and I hit full image after you wait for it to upload. Congrats on the baby. Most expensive thing I have done but undoubtably the best.

Starting work on the roof rack, I'd like to go to Gobi's factory and shake someones hand then punch them in the face! This rack is so incredibly over engineered. After about 3 hours of sawzalling and grinding a couple thousand welds I was able to remove the expanded steel floor.

After measuring 3 times for good measure I decided that removing 12" in width and 6" in length will make it just perfect to fit the 80. I will have to weld in additional braces where they were lost.

Wow! Good work. It's gonna look really nice on your 80.

Sanding the top side of the cap...hopefully will get it painted and sealed by the end of next week. I may need some help sometime in the next few weeks to put the top on...more than a one man job. Should I post up a "strong man wanted" post??? :D
