Built out the way you see it in post 814 with recovery gear & my tool kit it weighs in it 5500Lb. give or take few. Keeping it light seem to make a big difference. JMHO
What size ram is that , on my hydro set up I used a 9 " ram. Lock to lock I had 9 5/8 " of total travel. I did not think the little bet of lost turning radius would madder, but it made a big difference.
Not to offend but i think that's the tie rod you are referring not the drag link .
