Comparison of the mount from ruffstuff, and a cardboard mocked up version to get the mounting point back some, per the specs. The cardboard version would push the point back about 2 inches, giving us longer upper arms Y link. The center of the axle is where the cardboard piece is shown. i like your cardboard includes gussets to tie in 2 sides of the mount to the axle for strength

@HoJo 61 pointed me to this site, found this thread today.

C303 disc brake conversion - Offipalsta.COM

pointing to two companies that do disc conversion in finland.

Arska-tehtaalta suggested me these 2 finnish places:

This discussion.....

so basically i can have the hubs machined here to the diameter of 173 mm , 6 new holes at a 139.7 mm and place new columns in those ones..

6 holes with thread, and hexagon bolts from inside

those 2 smaller holes with threads are for "centering" the disc - and in picture ther is spacer bolted... (not needed there)

Been searching how to get these rotors.... not finding them in the US. Europe has them available, but prices are high with shipping.

toyota part was 4351260120, however, looks like it was updated to 4351235210 -- not sure if that is right... @beno can you help? if that is true, it is the same as 95-04 Tacoma and 4runner.

Toyota part is $122.96 from partsouq.

TRW DF4115 partsouq has them for $29.61 each, or 118.44 for four, but 235.70 shipping so $354.14 total.

anyone else know of a good source?

I will see how close they are to 80 series front rotors.

Check out the license plate light....

Had a little time in the garage tonight so I cut and bent the upper mount.

Back to the brake rotor, The 80 series will not work, did not think about they are threaded to bolt the hub to, Plus all smaller dimensions.

Everything I can see is that the toyota part 43512-60120 was updated to 43512-35210.

43512-60120 is the same as bosch 0986478698 or trw df4115

43512-35210 is same as BENDIX PRT5137, but oem parts is like $50 per rotor, so likely just do that.

looking for brembo is 43512-35210 (new number), trw is old equiv. ( I could not find specs related to part number 43512-60120)

Does not give us the ID of the hat, but everything else looks the same.

I think this is confirmation. Brembo changed part number to 09.7226.11
shows compatable with:

TOYOTA4351235210
TOYOTA4351260120

Disc Brembo 09.7226.11

Praise the lord that battle is over.

The 00-2006 tundra uses a slip over front disk. I beleive. The modern unit bearing style front ends of all the gm products would prabably be the same as well.

So options.......

Brembo 09.7226.11 for about $50 each.

BOSCH 50011224 QuietCast Info
Front; 319mm rotor for $31 each.

looks like I can get POWER STOP JBR794XPR Extreme Performance Drilled and Slotted Info
Front; 319mm Front Discs for $45 each.

Stock Toyota for TOYOTA4351260120 for about $60 each.

@HoJo 61 did you ever see reference to what toyota caliper that anyone used?

@HoJo 61 did you ever see reference to what toyota caliper that anyone used?
Well, some have used the vehicles own brake calipers, HJ61 for example.
But still, calipers from Nissan Patrol Y60 has been the most common option as they will work with J9 disks. Or Wilwood, haven't found p/n's for these yet.
Y60 disk thickness is about the same as J9's. 21.8 vs 20mm.
