Brake work. Someone posted a link to a cheap brake booster depth tool and I bought one. IMO works just fine. I used it to check the depth of the booster push rod into the new master cylinder. Push rod depth into the master cylinder cavity was just right.
Oh man, this is painful to look at... but it will be for the better in a few months. Unless I get stupid and keep taking it apart instead of staring to put it back together. lol

Found that it was only a few more dollars to buy a Aussie locker than to find an original set of spider gears. Waiting for my guy to install the new clutch.
Looks like a challenge, be sure to get it all or it will be back in no time.
At least your floor is still there and all shapes are intact so you can copy them.

Drove it to work. And ordered a complete OME kit from Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters.
Not to the cruiser per say... but his corner got a new sign, thanks to a tractor supply sale. my cruisers name is cowboy.. and this is where I corral his parts...

Drove it to work today, in the snow. The ole' diesel Dodge needs a jump after I left the satellite radio on since last Friday. OOOppppssss.
Painted some stuff as i finish the TC.
And she’s together. Trans and tc rebuild done. Twin stick will be done once it’s mounted.
