M5DRIVER Quote: That should last the life of the truck
Not likely. Old cruisers never die they just switch caretakers! It's good to know we will all that d!@# PO. lol chears

Installed a pair of Marlin Crawler front axle seals. A couple other non-cruiser related automotive repairs. Then Pizza and a movie with the wife.

A very well rounded day

Morning,
That is next on my list ( Tie rod ends). Where did you buy them, and any real difference in suppliers? I see CCOT is much cheaper that others for a full set. My rig is a driver, not a crawler so I want good, but do not need titanium
Thanks

I used this kit:

Toyota Land Cruiser Tie Rod Ends - 5 Piece Kit - 1963 - 1984

They were nice tie rods.....Triple 5 brand.

The steering arm (from steering box), and passenger side tie rods are left hand threaded.

Stacked a coffee table and two end tables on the hood, does that count?

Having our wood floors redone and running out of space to put all of the furniture.

Finished putting it back together after a home paint job

Last month, I stripped and re did the interior, came out very nice! I didn't take any before shots, but my wife pointed out I really should have....even she was impressed!
Not much experience with body work and never painted a car before but I went for it! She looks a lot better than she did and I used some pretty industrial paint so should hold up well against trail rash. Next, disc brake conversion....
