Climbed in it and sat there for a few minutes. Then got sad and went back inside. God... only a week post shoulder surgery and I am already going insane.

Now that my exhaust is out behind the rear tires on the 40, this last Sunday my wife and I went to the grocery store. I told her that on such a beautiful 75 degree day, we were taking the 40 with the "new exhaust". I showed her we can now roll down the windows and get fresh air vs fumes and can talk easier now that the side pipes have been rerouted out the back. Its been deemed wife-approved
(shouldve done this long ago!)
At the grocery store, 3 different guys stopped us while we were loading the groceries in the back of the 40 to talk about the cruiser and thier memories of thiers when young, or just about 4 wheeling. None of the other 3 knew each other but soon we were all swapping stories. My wife and I ended up in a hanging out with them just shooting the bull for about 20 minutes.
Its amazing how vehicles can bring strangers together for animated, lively conversation. Must be Cruiser karma!
Bama: It is a Turbo muffler so its large but flat enough to tuck one on the outside of each framerail along the rockers. Quiet but throaty...looks like thisFigured I would ask what brand of muffler you installed. Replacing the old rusty muffler is on my list to eventually get done this summer. I'm looking for something as close to stock that's out there and didn't know what others are choosing.

Do you have the model number by any chance? Looking to replace mine in the next few weeks as well.
