Re-painted all interior parts that were originally silver using JT Outfitters Pewter paint. Not an exact match to original but that's okay because everything was painted so it all matches. When PO had the rig painted in 1998, he had everything painted the same Dune Beige inside and out. Heater restoration and re-paint is next.

What year is your 40? I have the same

Taken the head of the egine and sent it away for a rebuild! Hopefully the engine block itself is still good, but I'll see when the head comes back and I'll be able to do a compression test.

Very nice!...I've never seen the bumpers guards with those round protrusions before, is that aftermarket?
 
Picked my truck up from the shop after a great carb adjustment, some gauge wiring, and this...a custom built transfer case box/boot. During the build I guess one of the PO's decided to just straight rip a hole in the side of the hump making it nearly impossible to cover the hole in a decent fashion.
