I picked up my '74 from @Mudrak who did a great job transforming it into a reliable capable cruiser. I had already installed a header, power steering and disc brakes, and now the upgrade from a weber carb to efi is worth every penny. It now rides 2" higher than before thanks to the new suspension. I'm looking forward to taking it off road.

I made it half way home then on a downshift it just wouldn't go just a loud grinding noise. and then it won't go in any gear.what broke?

Did a little paint on the seat back panels.
On the 40 series.
I think it came out pretty good.

Wow! That paint really buffed out nicely!….Finally..... officially road-legal today..
after ??+ years in somebody's backyard.. 10 years in PO barn and 5 years in my garage...

Very nice! If you ever decide to make and sell the door handles, please let me know.Upgraded the interior door handles and installed 3d printed grommets on the handle to reduce "Play" on the outer handle.
