Installed Dakota Digital RTX. We have been trying to remain stock as much as possible but after much debate decided to abandon our old OEM instrument cluster. The oil pressure gauge never worked and the odometer was stuck. I had put in an Autogauge mechanical oil pressure gauge so that we could monitor but really didn't like having the non-functional gauge staring at us. As other have noted, the install is not too terrible but I found it time consuming. Probably about 12 hours total. The time killers were running a new dedicated ground from the fuel tank which entailed partially removing the passenger front seat. (I'm not sure that this was necessary but it seemed that is what DD suggested) I could not get a continuity reading from the existing ground to the harness. The other time killer was splicing into the turn signals, parking brake and 4WD indicator. (I decided to keep the functionality of the existing dash lights for each but since the DD cluster has inputs for these, I went ahead and hooked them up. All of the new sensors went in without any problems but the 1/8 BSPT for the oil sensor required an adapter that was not supplied. I happened to have one from McMaster-Carr. (P/N 4092K711) I ended up using the supplied extension for hooking up the digital speedometer cable to the T-case in order to clear the parking brake cable. I have installed the App and am working through the various settings/calibrations. Still need to chase down an issue with the parking brake light and have not yet tested the 4WD indicator. Also, still need to do some more wire cleanup which will require removal of the instrument panel. Thankfully, it is a much easier process to remove the new DD cluster since it only has a CAT5 cable. It is nice not to have to mess with undoing the old speedometer cable which was a PITA.

After spending all summer researching, buying and returning countless parts, and troubleshooting every step of the way ... my cruiser finally has a cold AC system for the first time since its engine swap. Just in time for winter! 
Still some bugs to work out but I am beyond thrilled.

Don't feel bad. I bought mine because it had AC. I spoke with Matt. Sent over a bunch of pictures as well as discussed doing a large run of Toyota OEM parts in Zinc Chromate.
Built a bull bar for the 4 door FJ45.
No breaks until it breaks. The one darn thing I didn’t replace and am paying for it now with waiting to fire up the Holley Sniper. Damn you starter. Happy ending to my non working horn thread - in order to track down the relay wiring problem, I had to unwrap the wiring harness tape:
Ugh. After the repair, needed to replace the firewall grommet. OEM still available!
Wrapped the harness with a roll of 3M harness tape and VOILA:

Out with what was left of the mid bed support and got the new one from CCOT mounted and ready for welding which will happen this week. Also got the rear bed welded in.
Still waiting for my body to come back from acid dipping so I sand blasted my e-brake housing and drum and got some fresh paint on it.

Finished up the paint on the fj. I spray canned the whole thing piece by piece, single stage spray max. Still needs some touch up and it’s not perfect. But I’ll take it Pic heavy from cuting rear sill to paint Yes I know 4 wheel tag on back is crooked and I’m using older apron badging . Lol. The 4 wheel has been straightened.

Pulled the spare fuel tank. It was inop when I bought the truck last month and needed to make room to mount rear seat belts.
