Hey contact collision safety consultants. They specialize in establishing value with ins., I’d imagine they have experience in theft valuation.
So we ended up settling for $33.5k. It was going to get expensive to challenge for more and didn't seem worth it. Gonna miss it.

Took my 2019 on a ride down a very mild rocky trail in West Georgia/East Alabama. Really enjoyed seeing the trail turned out in fall color.

I think that process is great. That’s how I do my 08. It’s easy to see who cares about there units. I didn’t need to do the door seals, the dealer didn’t fix on my 17 but it drove me nuts. Same with 3m film I put on the head lights
Is the door seal on the drivers side to address what seems like excessive outside noise coming in from that side - especially what sounds like behind you? I have that issue and was considering door seals first as a way to combat it.

I have not noticed a big change

This seal is on the LX 200 series from factory and not on the LC 200. I added this to mine and it did not change anything noticeable sound wise. Does keep the area behind it cleaner…

So I would check the main seal on the door which goes 360 around the circumference. Perhaps it is ripped or lose at the bottom, out of sight yet affecting a proper seal. That main seal does basically 95%+ of the work based on my experience.

Figured out how to activate the heated steering wheel, and also the heated seats (2013 200 Series)

I finally installed my Gamiviti rack and couldn't be happier. I'm very impressed with the finish quality and beefiness of this rack. Plus, it looks amazing, and Tim was a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for something that is handmade in the US, is super strong, and looks amazing, this is a great option. Gamivity has loads of attachment solutions and YouTube videos showing how to mount to the rack - Including the amazing RDL Ghost Awning - which I have sitting in my garage waiting for me to install it. I'm giving this 6 stars out of 5 ;)

How is it noise wise at ~75mph?

Without a fairing, quite noisy. With one, it’s quieter than AT tires.

It’s silent. I installed the wind fairing - not shown in photos. Without it, it was loud at 20 MPH. Very loud at 50 mph

With the Rhino Rack I have added a wind fairing to cut the noise. I have seen a light bar installed in that space as well which probably makes it acceptable as well. Be good to share a picture of that as well for your setup and let folks know it is otherwise loud.

I have the full Prinsu rack with the front fairing. It’s quiet with the sunroof closed but at highway speeds you can hear noise coming fro the back, and mpg is reduced. I just removed every other cross bar (4) and it seems a bit quieter but haven’t driven it enough yet to know. Will be most interested in improving mpg on the highways.

I can attest to the quality of @nakman's Gamiviti roof rack. Solid, functional, and not bad to look at either. Mine was already installed when I bought my 200, but it was one of the selling points for me. Also agree that Tim is great to work with. The lettering on my fairing slowly came off after multiple car washes, but he happily sent me a free replacement. Plus - anyone who provides beer and a sweet pint glass at a multi-day cruiser event will always have a place in my heart. (Thanks again for the SAS beer, Tim!)

That said, the wind noise is noticeable. No more noticeable than anything else mounted to the roof, but at anything over 30-35 MPH, it's loud enough that I keep both the sunroof and the sunshade closed when I have passengers so we can hear each other talk. As others noted, the fairing helps, but the point is - it's not unlike any other roof rack.

Bought some new Cooper Discoverer ATX3 XLT tires (275/70r18) under the recommendation of @Boston Mangler . These tires are on closeout at Tire Rack for $238.64 per tire.

I had contemplated buying these same tires back when I got my 200 in 2021, but ended up getting Toyo ATIII's. The Toyo tires in this size are $371 each right now. I've got about 40k miles on my Toyos, will probably change these out once I hit 50k in 6 months or so.

Good news is the date code on these Coopers is 3924 - meaning they were produced between 23 - 29 September 2024. Pretty great deal for closeout tires if you ask me.

I may be tackling the dreaded LVP this weekend. I guess it'll finally give me a chance to install all of the other parts I bought to go on before COTRockies (which I ended up not making).. Still contemplating whether I do anything at all with the SAIS.

Got the same ones for the same price, even sprung for a fifth. I’ve put 1000 miles on them, still on stock suspension. Overall I’m very happy. Easy to balance. Good in dry, confident in the rain, good off road, and they look the part. Did lose 1-2 mpg but you gotta pay to play I guess. The only regret I have is that the terra grappler G3 just came out in the same size.

Did you go white lettering out? If so, do you have a picture?

These tires are 2lbs heavier per corner than the Toyos. But an E rated tire is always going to have drawbacks.

Nice!

@dudemancool1904 gets 68.3% of the credit for the close out heads up!

I got about 500 miles on mine now and 35psi (cold) seems to be the magic spot for comfort and still 100% silent.

Still bummed the Nitto G3 came out RIGHT after I got them though

The G2 were my fav tire ever

White letters out? Ewwwwww

The 2lb difference is made up 10 fold with the noise reduction

I went to the Porsche Experience Center in Carson last weekend and there is literally a Terra Grappler G3 billboard hovering over the 405 taunting us.

I went and looked at a clapped out 1983 Buick last week
