Picked up 4 AHC accumulators for $350 from IMPEX. Shipping appears to be about $50.

Hoping @TeCKis300 writes one of his phenomenal DIY posts before I tackle it as I know he ordered replacements shocks and accumulators as well.

On a parts ordering spree…..

Wow, you got those for a STEAL! Nicely done!!

I happen to just get mine today which completes my set of replacement shocks, globes, and fluid. Still looking at a larger spacer for the front axle to get more droop travel.

It might take me a month or so to get to it as I'm camping every weekend in April to take advantage of the great spring weather.

Don’t forget the o-rings

Are they not on the new accumulators already?
Part numbers and fsm page and discussion in this thread

yes they are and they are well done
Quality cover. It comes with snaps so you're able to remove it when you need to get into the tool boxes. I opted to use industrial grade Velcro because I didn't want to drill into the plastic cover. I sit on mine occasionally and it's fine for short periods of time. Beats sitting on the ground!

Hey @CharlieS i just picked one of Amazon that had decent power at an okay price point, link below. Got it for $25 and am very happy so far, used it for 4.5L of AHC, 10.5qts of WS ATF, and both front and rear diffs. It struggled a bit with the thicker oil in the middle of the winter but warming up the oil inside on my heater floor vent made that a non-issue.

Def better than trying to struggle with a hand pump while under the truck in akward positions, just remember there’s no safety switch/trigger so if the hose falls out it just keeps going until you turn it off with your other hand…. I learned from experience the importance of holding the hose in.

Quick tip on AHC if your using this pump
1) it’s great for evacuating the AHC in the reservoir, but not sure how low it empty u want it, I played it a bit safe.
2) when filling the AHC, make sure u get the tube all the way through the neck into the bottom of the reservoir…. Initially mine was only halfway down the deck and fluid shot back at me for some reason, must have gotten log-jammed or something…

Pump is def worth it for changing fluids maybe a handful of times but no idea what happens after a year or two of usage. Should pay for itself by avoiding the dealership one time

Another useful tool I've found on the AHC is one of these bleeders you connect to an air compressor. Slips right on the bleed valve and makes for a super clean job.

Mounted my 2 antennas on the bull bar, the GRMS 50 watt stubby and the broomstick cell signal repeater Wilson electronics (same as weboost but little better).

Finally finished up my adapter plates and bought tamper resistant hardware to mount the FrontRunner Max Trax brackets to my Prinsu. Simple design that allows me to still keep surfboards on the roof and is semi tamper resistant overnight. May get MaxTrax lockable pins or may just run a good cable lock through 2-3 of the d ring bolts.
